Anandi cant just wash off Pooja just because there is Sarita. As she scarificed her own daughter for Pooja's sake, anandi should have taken much more interest in Pooja.

It is not about professional life or family life it is the freedom to decide what one wants to focus on.
Professiona life - What exactly did Anandi want to do? Helping others and making a difference to the lives of people around her.
When she was small her teacherji was her role model because she felt at that time teacherji makes a lot of difference in people's lives.
She chose to do BA in social work because she felt that equipped her to do what she does in a better manner
She had been doing that - through her school and other activities which were directed against improving education - the result of that work was her being made Sarpanch by the villagers.
Post her marriage - she moved to a new place soon she found a niche for herself that is economically under privileged women - result Bhaili.
When she was living with Singhs before her marriage it is Singh family problems wihich took centre stage.
When she moved to Udaipur Shekhar family problems which took centre stage.
All through the years before marriage or after her marriage her work her passion was always in the background. Her work changed faces from education which is a priority in rural areas from empowerment of women by making them finacially independent among the marginalized sections of urban population and back to empowering girls and women through SN. Her work has the same basic thread through out. The platforms she used have changed.
Just because she doesn't hold 9-5 job that doesn't make her work insignificant.
It is just that the individual tracks like Phooli, Gulli, Chanda Sanchi Suhasini and that little girl Jyothi grabbed more attention.
Anandi took interest in Pooja and Sarita and that is the reason why they are in SN with her. Or else her responsibility has ended way back when she rescued Pooja.
Education for Pooja and employment for Sarita were Anandi's gifts to them.
If Pooja knows that child marriage is wrong it is because she has seen Anandi working against them. She has done a lot for Sarita and Pooja in her capacity as a teacher and Social activist.
In fact if they were to go else where and make a living and start all over again - they will be able to do it without Anandi's help because she has given them what is needed to lead an independant life - education and belief in self.
