Akheraj, his family, Nimboli are at present high profile and highly visible and dominating.

They have relegated others, their stories to fillers.

I did not expect this development 2 months back when the leap occurred.

At that time Akheraj's family was dysfunctional and looked cheap.

Now also they are cheap but they have made a place for themselves.

Like it or not, this family is the new flavour of BV.

One of the reasons is that they are all very good actors and they exploit their scenes to the full.

yes when this family was introduce they were impact less but now they r dominating . All actors r too good.

But i think its natural , it takes time to establish new characters and bv writers knows how to do it?

Well the new story family remains disconnected from the story that is being told over seven years.

If they don't close the gap the new flavour will become stale within no time.As it is Akheraj and violent ways Kamili and her endless crying Mangala and he short cuts are getting repititive.

Anandi Shivam are the bridge between old and new. It is high time the bridge is put in place.

If they don't intend to connect them at all then they should do away with the old and retain only the new iff they have guts😛

Currently people are watching to see how Anandi and Nandini unite and how their relationship shapes up. But instead of that we get a lot of filler tracks

New family and the new family can be connected only through Anandi Shivam and Nandini

So if they keep the old family around their story will have to progress through Anandi/Shivam or else it will hang in the air just like Akhera's family is hanging with no connection to the roots..

Anandi and Shivam will merge seemlessly with the new story because that is a stry of Anandi Nandini and Shivam.

agree with you especially the bold part. Akhi's family's story is more interesting.

When they suddenly showed ratan's part in between and ganga making the same faces each time he asks for mannu, it was like 🥱🥱 when will this track end? we know what is going to happen in mannu's case. it is no big deal 🥱

But in akhi's case, it is real suspense. And this actor Akhiraj acts so well, that you want more and more of him.

I'm coming in after a long time in the hope that "neutral" viewers too can claim their place on this forum. I say hope because it does seem as if only the two fan groups can write here.

I had stopped watching BV completely, and the fact that I and a few others felt squeezed out of the forum imparted a certain finality to the separation..

And yet something unexpected happened. I found my elder brother, who hates TV soaps, watching BV with great interest. I was puzzled because the last he saw it was when Anandi was little. He loved Dadisa's acting. After the first leap, he found the soap turning into the usual tearjerker and stopped watching.

I asked him why he was watching BV and he said he was channel surfing when he caught sight of little Nimboli. He was transfixed by her innocence, charm and guts. And he found the Akhiraj honour killing track realistic, well shot and well acted.

Till then I had not cared for the post-leap story but his observations made me curious and I started watching BV with him. He was right. Nimboli is an absolute stunner. She lights up the screen and makes every scene come alive. Her innocence pulls at your heart strings and her courage makes you want to protect her. For some reason people on the forum don't seem to connect with her. They said she was made up and overdressed. I didn't think so. She wears colourful but inexpensive clothing and a beads mala.

Anyway, her family, horrible as it is, is watchable because of the high dose of realism its members bring to the story, not to mention the exceptional acting by Akhiraj, Kundan, Mangala and Kamlli.

People on the forum may be still fixated on the Anandi story and the Jagar story and insist that BV is being watched only for these stories.

I'm not sure this is how viewers see BV. My brother switches channels as soon as he sees BH;

And last week I had gone visiting friends of our family and they too said they found Nimboli lovable and had resumed watching BV for her.

Honestly, I never thought I would reconnect with BV, and certainly not in order to watch a family which was and is horrendous.

I dont like Nimboli character because she is too much sweet.

I liked small Anandi because she was more determined when she used to stand against dadisa. Whatever she used to stay her voice was very strong .

For me Small Anandi was spicy. Nimboli not at all spicy.

May be cvs r planning to show more more torture to nimboli. Akheraj beating , kundan beating. So that they will get trp.

May be cvs thinking more and more nimboli tortured, more and more trp.

People have enough and various reasons to watch the show .

If people want to watch it for Anandi's story or Jagya's story don't understand why it becomes an issue.

If some people see this story as story of Anandi and her children don't know why it becomes a problem for others.If for some people how Anandi unites with her daughter and how their relationship shapes up why does it become problem?

If some people watch it for Jagya Ganga story it is their wish

If people connect with Nimboli/Nandini good for them

If people are not interested in their story there wouldn't be so many threads opened to discuss Akharaj and his family.

Me and my family used to love bv with little anandi. Then we started again when shiv entered.
The only person I like in new bv is Mr monster.Mr A. His acting is great.
Nimbuli is too over matured for her age. She does not look.like balika vadhu in any form. She seems to be full fledged bahu of that family taking care of household work and helping sis in law eloping.
Gracy Singh lacks the innocence of a child bride which avika had.
My aunt and mil also dislikes nimbuli that they stopped watching bv.
But yes if you compare two types of shit and judge which one smells more strong. It is obviously bh will loose over jhalara bcz seven years.of bh is too much.

It's highly unfair to compare one kid with another. Why Gracey shoul be weighed against Avika?

Saw somewhere about kid playing Abhi is being cmpared with the kid playing Shivam. Are these comparisons necessary?

Gracy is Gracy and Avika is Avika

Nandini/Nimboli is not Anandi even though she shares so many qualities with her mother

I said I'm not sure viewers watch it only for Anandi or Jagan stories -- the reason I said this is because it is an article of faith with the majority of the forum that BV sells only because of A.

I saw a completely different take and I thought I must share it. I don't see why I cannot do that..

Do only A fans have the right emphatically and definitively to state their opinion -- this is so and this is not so?

Is expressing a counter-opinion or disagreeing with a view or even suggesting that there could be a third view, an offence here?

Why does it bother me that people want to watch it for A?

It doesn't. Everyone has a right to their point of view.

But surely it doesn't always have to be just one way?
