I actually sided with Jagya here and faulted Ganga even i though i dont blame her too much because intention matters to me the most Here her intention was not wrong not to disrespect any senior neither try to show off she is the boss so will excuse her if she accepts her actual mistake which she did not do now but rest i don't think Ganga can be excused under this pretext she is a junior inexperienced doctor and she does not know how far she can go Yes she is a junior inexperienced doctor who has just freshly became a surgeon and joined hospital as a surgeon but she is not a fresh employee in same hospital Previously she worked as a head nurse there so she is not unaware of how work happens in such places Its been a long time for Ganga working in same place with same administration Jagya is doing double duty from past 13 years approx but previously she never acted like this before and taken matters in her hands without informing her seniors because she knew she has to consult her seniors for all her suggestions and ideas and she has plenty of times given a few to Jagya and he never minded that in fact appreciated her Only once she took matters in her hand when did that surgery but then one can excuse she was in a tight situation No other doctor was available rest she knew how she is suppose to discuss once with Jagya or if Jagya is not available then Lal before proceeding with any of her suggestion and work for best interest of hospital This time she did not do so and her excuse Jagya was a lot busy she did not get time to tell him even for once Come on Ganga You meet him not only at hospital but home too How many minutes it takes to tell him we need new machines in hospital? The one we have passed its expiry date ?How it is possible she did not find time The fact she did not try and assumed he is a lot busy so let me do it on my own Thats not correct
Leave Jagya did she even discuss this Lal Singh ? She did not mention Now even he was too busy ? Ganga did mistake here and i won't compare to those fresh junior doctors who join workplace for first time They don't know how far they can go Ganga has worked in hospital before too she cannot be compared to those
and then her dialogue about battle of genders was such a bad taste in my mouth For that i criticize her Why she think like that and seriously about whom she was talking I don't want believe she can think like this for Jagya ? That was so wrong from her
and later she screwed up matters more When did Jagya ask her why you made the deal ? How did she think he is was angry at her why she made the deal She cancelled the deal She totally handled things in wrong way and did not see what was main mistake and repeated same twice and even because of her act she confirmed to him i did not like you speaking what work i did now be happy i cancelled it Jagya's reaction would be honestly my reaction seeing what she did All she needed to do is come to him and apologize to him and tell i won't do this again I got the point Won't she be doing same if she would be working in any other place so why not do same now instead of messing up more by doing same mistake again ?
Jagya had to bring this issue at home because last time around when he questioned Ganga over her mistake Dadisaa minded and lectured him you should not scold her in front of others which he did not do still Dadisaa minded that This time he did not do that at hospital but at home but this time Ganga is misunderstanding him otherwise she pretty easily understood even though he reprimanded her she knew fault was mine She was never angry at him , never hurt , never doing battle of genders This time don't know what happened to her Hope she realizes her mistake and make up for it
