Article-Siddharth Sukla'S Bye To Balika Vadhu

Marking the milestone of thousand episodes, Sidharth Shukla made a grand entry in COLORS flagship show Balika Vadhu as Shivraj Shekhar. Shiv, a household name today and an integral part of the show made an impact from the very beginning. Commencing his journey on the show as a collector, more feathers were added to his hat as Shiv continued to portray the quintessential gentleman.

The calm and composed Shiv rose to fame in a very short span of time and not only became an inseparable part of the show but also made an indispensable place in the hearts of viewers. From being an unconditional lover to an ideal son and the most affectionate father, Sidharth Shukla portrayed all the facets of the character Shiv with lan.

Talking about being associated with the show for past three years Sidharth Shukla shares, "Every character has a journey and this character's journey was till here. Balika Vadhu has been one of the best things that has happened to me. It was like a turning point in my life and gave me the kind of love and appreciation that every actor dreams off. I am leaving with some of the fondest memories of my career. My stint with the show will always be very special and close to my heart."

The whole family will be seen waiting for the biggest celebration as Anandi and Shiv are going to be blessed with twins in the coming episodes. While the family awaits this good news, an unfortunate event will shock everyone as the story progresses ahead. Leaving the whole family shattered, Shiv will be seen getting shot during a felicitation ceremony which will be held to honor Shiv with a Padma Bhusan for his bravery act.

The major jolt in the longest running show will see Shiv dying a martyr's death; this will mark an end to the most loved character on small screen.
