Of course it will be Shiv who will acompany her to the the doctor.

To what extent a husband or a wife will go to help her/his spouse depends upon the capabilities of the individual who is in trouble.

Sa put herself in trouble didn't know what to do and possibly not capable of helping herself so she needs her husband to fix things for her

Anandi doesn't anticipate trouble coming in her way simply because she is incapable of suspecting fellow human beings whether it is naivette or call it what ever.

But once she realises that she is in trouble she does start thinking - ex Shravan she didn't suspect him. She was kidnapped and was rescued by her bestie but she was the first one who realised that it is Shravan's doing and cleared her name on her own.

Here Shive looks out for her alerts her about the danger and she figures out where the danger is coming from.

Figuring out that it is DB is easy but is it easy to bring that truth out ? I don't think so.
