But ...projecting Anandi , as a bold one and her raunchy disclosures in front of other family members is a little bit unconvincing to me !

She is an ideal and dignified person ..never ever display her inner feelings in front others !

Even when provoked by others in a volatile situation , she never disclosed her thought process publicly !

Little Anandi never shied away from exhibiting her feelings I still remember how she used to give bone crushing hugs to Dadisa and how she used to speak out her mind before she entered Badi haweli as a bahu.

Years of conditioning by Dsa and the circumstances have restrained her acting as shackles and chains.

FYI - there are certain pschotropic drugs which act on brain cells and remove the inhibitions from the mind and make people talk without fearing the consequnces.

There are drugs which bring out the innermost thoughts of people and they are used by psychiatrists as well as law enforcing agencies.

There are those truth serums which are used by the police etc in order to get details from the suspects.

Yes Anandi is being uninhibited and carefree but by no means her behaviour is raunchy.-----------

I think there is a difference between bone crushing hugs to Dsa and hugging Shiv with glee in front of the family ! Yes ...as a wife ...she has every right to express her love ,affection , desire ...what not ...everything to Shiv ...but as per the standards of Anandi's character, it is uncharacteristic of her !

I am talking about the boisterous display of her inner feelings, emotions she was made to express, may be under the influence of drugs, is a little bit downgrading that character in my opinion ! The writer should have dealt with this issue in a more convincing way !

lewd, obscene, vulgar

By no means - Anandi's behaviour is raunchy.

It is more of display of love in an un inhibited and childish manner whether it is towards Shiv or DS or turn of life and her love for it in general after she met Shiv ( when she narrated it to Gauri ).
