She was quiet unplanned and the way she went to see Brijesh, was more like making Brijesh alert (if at all she suspects his involvement in the case). This was something similar to asking Saurabh to delete the DRD video.

On the contrary, Anandi should have asked kabra, what are his thoughts behind inviting Brijesh as a witness. Their discussion of how Brijesh supports Rasika, could have been used to develop a plan to track Rasika & Brijesh secretly, instead of simply showing up at Brijesh's house and making him alert.

I felt it was a silly move on both Anandi and Kabra. If they had really suspected Brijesh's involvement in all this, then they should secretly gathered evidences.

@bold - the time of visit was also wrong - is this how they intend to gather evidence? Why serials insist on gathering evidence by the family members only? Shakhers are well off and they can hire a professional detective agency if they think police is inefficient (that will be a poor reflection on Shiv's abilities as head of the District). On one hand, creatives do not show proper cross examination - which was a sure way to make Rasika falter - and on other hand they show Anandi visiting Rasika and Brijesh frequently - that may lead to allegations (in real life) against Anandi - that she is trying to intimidate the victim and witness. Why this disregard of rule of land for the sake of drama?

Absolutely. But in TV soaps the accused is treated as guilty until proved innocent.
If the family correctly understands the law, they -- anoop and bua especially -- need not hyperventilate. Anoop was unbearably loud yesterday. He can't demand evidence like this.
Even assuming the family/lawyer wants to prove Shiv completely innocent (baa izzat bari), and Rasika guilty, there are proper ways of doing it.
They have not even exhausted the possibilities available to them like PM report, forensic examination of the site of crime, rigorous cross questioning and so forth.

Now that Narendra has been cremated, what will they kdo to get the post mortem report ? Are CVs going to come out that the absent minded police officer remembered to do it some how ?
