There are two many loop holes here.
May be Shiv did realise that Narendra got to know the truth and that's why he is apologising. That's why he was shown thinking how Narendra still did not get justice.

The enquiry on molestation case till now it is his word against hers and the office staff's statements.

If CCTV was in picture it should have found a mention in the enquiry committee and they should have wondered what happened to the CCTV.

Why did they not show AnSh thinking and discussing how they should approach the case - Simple. They don't have time to write those scenes because they have to spend time writing Sasural Sanchi ka.

Anandi just started with Brijesh Sanghvi hopefully her investigation doesn't stop there.
Really don't want the focus to shift from AnSh and PA to this Vakil and his useless silly wife.

I hope so: there are so many clues screaming themselves hoarse. Even a solid interrogation of Rasika -- how was she found running after narendra? where did he get the can from him, how did they travel to Shiv's office -- should unsettle her and make her blab.
But if there is one thing CVs disdain, it is intelligent cross-questioning of witnesses, which is the crux of court room hearings in most murder mysteries.
Even our old Hindi films, the better ones at least , do a decent job vis-a -vis court room hearings.
Instead, it is always the same story: recorded evidence.

CVs have shown Jagya equally dumb in the Shyamalbhai case.
Ganga brought up a dozen instances of suspected wrongdoing by SB. The blood report showing opium was a clincher.
As a doctor, J should have looked at the blood report, and if necessary ordered a second report.
This would have led to him asking how opium was found in the child's blood.
If he had married this with the fact that the child fell ill after taking SB's ayurvedic medicine, then the only conclusion possible was that the medicine was adulterated with addictive drugs.
Jagya need not have immediately concluded SB was guilty, but given the series of incidents involving SB, he could have kept SB under watch.
He could have taken his staff along and made a surprise call on the factory. Instead Ganga is shown doing dangerous jasoosgiri and him joining her with no help.
And then instead of being calm and allowing SB to think all was well -- utilising the time to get police help -- he unwisely challenges him. Obviously, he is going to be overpowered.
SB is equally foolish. Can he get away killing an MLA in his own factory? And when Ganga is suspicious to begin with?

This is really funny: But knowing CVs they might do that, except the newly reformed Saanchi will do no harm to the family
The Sanchi track is absurd and UNWATCHABLE.

At Rohini,

Nice thread and I particularly loved your last post on first page. The type of questions you have put forward regarding the case makes a good interrogation. If same questions are asked in courts, Rasika would feel the pressure and would blurt out the truth in the court.

If Cvs, can't use their brains beyond CCTV and mobile recording, then I wouldn't mind them copying ideas from your post. (I bet you wouldn't mind that too).

It would be good if CVs maintain that CCTV was smartly removed by Rasika, and in the court it gets proved that Rasika tempered with the evidence. If CVs can't handle logics in the court room, then it would be best they don't touch sensitive topics.

In the end, it is not just about who won the trial, it is about how the trial was conducted.

@bold - Exactly we know that Shiv/Anandi will come out as winners but how it has happened is what is more important and that's where the entertainment also comes from.

Thanks a ton. Look at the dots that can be joined. Where did hNarendra get the kerosene can from? How did he reach the collectorate? If you remember his scooter did not start. So obviously he did not come on his scooter. If he didn't, did he hire a cab? Where is that cab? As an eyewitness R is the only one who can answer these obvious questions.
