Why are people calling this Aitraaz? If I am not wrong Aitraz is remake of disclosure

There the aggressor is the boss and she had an affair with him in the past and she came to this man's place and took the job he was hoping to get

Here this lady is just someone who is used to get what she wants from men in exchange for sexual favours .

That's what she tried with S also S didn't fall for it. So to save herself and her job she did the natak.
