just wondering in general, is it easier to explain it in the childhood or when they reach a certain age - say 16/ 18?? actually methinks its better to explain now, since he will get accustomed to it early instead of breaking the news in adolescence when the hormonal changes will make things difficult for anyone to look at things objectively
