Meenu assuming that Anup would have no problem if she gave her child away is not done. Would you accept if Anandi were in a similar predicament and gave her child to a relative without telling Shiv and without taking his consent?

Meenu need not have felt so guilty either. It was not her fault. She was lying there, she did not know what Alok had been doing. She only called out for Ira in extreme pain but didn't say, Call bhabhi or else I'd die!
It was Alok who panicked and mismanaged the entire affair.

Why should Meenu feel guilty and feel she should give away her first born child? Without even informing or consulting its father about it!
