The scene continues from Shiv's asking about his "Bitter" truth , and it continues to CM's interruption . Alok says to Ira yes it's true that you gave born to a still child , on the same day another lady delivery a baby too , i begged her to give her most greatest happiness to me and she agreed who dint even got a chance to adore her child , so don't ever say you're some illegal child or gutter-found . You are the son of the great desh bhakt Anup Shekar and you are not our son but the son of Minu & Anup , everyone are shocked . Alok praises CM in a very sad mood that she gave a great sacrifice just for your life .
Ira suffers a shock , she just drops on the sofa and sits like a statue , CM kneels down to her and says with great determination Shiv is only yours , you made him a great man which even i couldn't have made but Ira is not in the condition to listen.
Alok says i am feeling helpless more than before today , it was the only option for me to save your life , you couldn't have been convinced again after 2 miscarriages.
The scene shifts 30 years back when CM was unconscious in her bed in the ICU room , Ira watching her , she comes out for a while , she sees a lady crying bitterly , she asks another lady (Maybe her sasuma) that what happened ? She replies after a long wait for years , she was about to conceive but the baby is still born and Dr said she can never conceive again . Ira seems to be affected .
Alok comes there , he sees her sitting in a corner , he approaches her and asks if everything is okay ? How's your health ? Ira says about what she heard just , she adds i will die if even this child will perish , Alok asks her not to repeat that and don't worry as she is totally fine and her reports are positive as well . He asks her to go home , Ira says no i cant go as in Anup's absence Minu's responsibility is mine . The Dr informs that the labor pain hasn't begun yet , if it doesn't start then we will have to induce it and please you can go home as you are pregnant too .
FB is over , back to present Alok further continues you were very much affected by someone's else news of a still born child .
Living room :
Alok falls on her knees and bitterly weeps i wish i dint sent you home that day as i never knew your labor pain will start .

CM screaming in pain due to labor pain , the nurses are trying to make her feel calm , she screams please call didi !! Alok is present too , the Dr says we cant call her , please don't sorry everything will be fine , but Alok wants Ira to be with her too .

Alok rushes to the phone where already a huge queue of people are present , Alok tries to snatch the phone and call , the 1st person objects but Alok just hijacks the phone 😆 and calls Ira who lifts it from KB , he asks her to come to hospital as Minu's labor pains started .
Ira sees the driver is repairing the car so she have to climb a tonga which the driver drives recklessly , she asks her please drive slow i am pregnant , he says it's no motor car which will go smoothly , Ira manages...finally they reach the hospital , before she can get down safely the horse stand on its hind legs which causes her to fall on the ground , she screams in pain , all the people gather around her , Sarla sees her , she says Iravati ji ? Hey ! bring the stretcher soon !

Alok says so this was the storm which occurred that day , everyone's eyes are filled with tears .
Alok says i can never forget that cursed day , it's imprinted in my mind as a picture .

CM on the way to Operation Theater with nurses and Alok , she screams please call didi !! Alok already worried sees Ira on a stretcher too , he gets the shock of his life . Ira is struggling , he rushes to her , Ira faints , Alok is super worried , the Dr outside another OT says we cant save both the mother & child . Alok is shocked , he begs the Dr to somehow save Ira , then a agreement for the operation comes to him , he signs it with sadness , he says neither papa ji is there nor Alok what should i do ? Both the deliveries are taking place .

Alok says i wanted to prevent the storm so i hid it , Shiv says the storm already occurred , meanwhile G massaging DS suddenly feels sick again , she makes an excuse and rushes to washroom
