What I see is Anandi steadfast besides her husband. She is standing like a rock behind him. She will not let her husband break down. She sees that what has happened with Shiv is not a catastrophe but a breach of faith by his family. The very family that has showered all their love on him. Matter needs to be sorted out internally. Yes he is in search of his identity. But at this stage if she sympathises with him, he would break down completely, fall into an abyss thinking he has been dealt a bad hand. One partner needs to think clearly. Does not mean she does not care for him. She is helping him think things out for himself. And he did. With her by his side.

Knowing what A and S now do about Alok's involvement in the whole affair, what is Anandi suppose to do. Is it really expected that a girl who has entered the Shekar house a year ago should meddle or take sides in relationships that form the very foundation of that family going back to thirty+ years. Should she be shedding tears for her husband's past or getting angry with her recent in-laws without knowing the truth. She knows that it is best to keep quiet. See where the situation is headed. For her there is one universal truth that Shiv is her husband.

Best part is that Ira leart the truth independently. Else Anandi would have been solely blamed for the breakdown in the family. She is as it is going to be blamed for telling Shiv. But she could not have done otherwise.

Her job would now be to do what she does best. Mend broken relationships.
