Maybe at the same time at home Meenu in labor n brought to DD hosp;

Ira fainted so does not know about it; she did not say Meenu was at the hsop when she gavbe birth to Shiv but Meenu told Anandi I was there

She gives birth to SBFC n Meenu gives birth to Shiv

When he comes to she is told about her son n Meenu ki SBFC

So she shared Shiv with Meenu as she understood the pain of losing child Maybe she had miscarriage in 6 years before finally she was given Shiv;

Maybe that is why she was given Shiv n not told for her own sake
