Later Ira got pregnant but gave birth to stillborn child...she may have gone in some shock or doctor said Alok she was very sensitive state so it looks very unwise to tell her the truth for now...Alok not able to bear Ira's state tried to get some solution out of this problem so Meenu unable to bear so much tension helped Alok by telling him about Anup's affair and his illegal child...the lady with whom Anup had an affair gave birth to twins so Alok and Meenu took one of the twins and placed it with Ira and told her that she gave birth to healthy baby...to make sure nurse never reveals anything since Ira was planning to meet her again doctor told nurse to leave the hospital and go somewhere without telling her the truth...so Ira became's Sarla's last delivery...now the other twin child happens to be Vikram and since Shiv was an illegal child of Anup no one dared to tell Ira the truth...Meenu at first was not happy to have Shiv around but soon observing how much Shiv was like Anup,she got attached to him...Meenu started getting close to Shiv and soon became his second mother...since Alok was in debt of Meenu he let Meenu get close to Shiv and Ira thinking Meenu has just lost her child and needs a child's company let Shiv be close to Meenu

i feel this maybe the truth because it fits with Vikram being Shiv's lookalike and why Meenu and Alok were never ever to tell Shiv and Ira the truth and how badly it can shake everyone's relation since Shiv is illegal child

Maybe Anup did not came to know the truth very soon but maybe afterwards

Meenu lost her child somewhere near Ira's delivery date now either it before or after i can't guess

So Shiv was newborn...the lady gave birth to the child just few days back Ira's delivery...Meenu came to know the truth during the lady's pregnancy not after

That's something i got from Ekta's mind set...wife knowing husband's affair but keeping quiet about it and also knows about pregnancy and stuff...for that we need to be little illogical and go with Ekta's way 😆...the lady was admitted in same hospital

Why not? Since Shiv is Anup's child (a part of Anup) no matter legal or illegal Meenu could have got attached to it if she loves her husband a lot and Shiv constantly reminds her of Anup due to their similarity...many wives do get attached to overlooking the fact that the child is illegal and sign of the betray their husband have caused them...Anandi would have loved Jagya's illegal child had he lived with her and been Jagya's image and she may even love Shiv's illegal child (but of course that won't happen )
