Ganga took advantage of the situation.. she could have just controlled her feelings. As a woman sometimes you need to especially if you are a divorcee n knows guys are lurking about... also the whole family trused her so why WLD she do this to them...??? She is at fault as for Jagya he's a nut always falling in love with someone or the other... he likes a challenge... what a stupid character... many people get arranged marraige if they dnt lk their spouse but for the love of their parents... he's is an idiot n someone who disrespects elders...

Later if the family WLD know sanchis intentions they themselves would tell him divorce her... so it WLD b fine bcz ur family's respect fr u stays intact...

I don't understand when people say that Ganga should have controlled her feelings. Why? Because she is poor, illiterate., has a child and a divorcee she should not fall in love??????Ugh!🤢

What matters is how she acted upon it and that she did very well. She never emotionally blackmailed Jagya about it, she never even let the thought of a life with him cross her mind. She merely loved him and I don't really see how that's a crime. Everybody has the right to love people. What is most important is how you handle the love. If it's possible express it. If it's not then hide it

Completely disagree. and i am fed up of double standards of this forum members.

They dont have their own views, one side they celebrated jagiya's marriage and on other side hide them self in ira and sanchi 's skin and start thinking like them.

It reflect how small memory we have, plus have no knowledge of god and evil.

I dont want to comment about jagiya and ganga's RIGHT decision. Coz ppl has clsoed their eyes and are not in position to see the truth and understand the situation with sound mind.

That initial control and refusal that you mentioned, TM, I think Ganga had done that by keeping silent earlier and refusing Jagya's Jaipur offer, trying to stay and manage alone in Mangalore.

This time he filled her maang and all of this happened quickly.

Lastly, I think Gauri and Anandi had families to fall back on unlike Ganga who has no one. So that also explains difference in response.

Regarding mentally pining for Jagya or reminiscing times spent with him, Anandi and Gauri also did it despite knowing he was married to or in love with someone else or no longer a part of their lives.

Ganga's attachment and obsession seems explicable given her life of abuse all these years and first brush with respect and care as she got introduced to Jagya and Singhs.

Though I do wish she had tried to talk to him in car during their return itself, as to how he'd handle family since he was bringing her back, or asked Jagya to go and attend to his family instead of accompanying her to the room. After all she knows his family dislikes her.

I can't even blame Ganga much...Singhs made her part of all pujas and ceremonies that family's women took part in, DS kept comparing her to Anandi, Anandi told her to take care of family...they all first made her a part of their family...how would she not feel attached?
