Where Jagya went wrong this time

Let me clarify first that I am not writing this to bash Jagya or any other agenda. I am just trying to discuss how whatever that Jagya is suffering now, was preventable, from his side too if he had acted even a tad more wisely.

- Jagya should have refused to obey Sumitra and DS blindly whenever they ordered him to send gifts to Anandi or visit her. At that time he could have made it clear that he felt inappropriate going there. His visits and interaction got that lalli Sanchi more intrigued about him.
He should have only maintained basic courtesy with Shekhars and kept it formal. There was no need to agree when Sanchi asked him to help in her projects or insisted that he allow her to take him sight seeing around Udaipur. He kept in his limits. But he should have sensed that the girl was not so. He should have instantly distanced and detached himself.

- When proposal for marriage came, he should have refused them politely saying he had just about begun to rebuild his life and was not in a state to consider another relationship yet. Or he could have simply said that he considered Sanchi as a sister! Jaise woh Shiv ki behen hai waise meri bhi behan ke samaan hai! That would have ended it there and then!
There was no need to yield to pressure of Sumitra and DS or look into Anandi's eyes for an answer.

- Even later when he felt uncomfortable with Sanchi, he should have conveyed and discussed his doubts with Bhairon instead of asking Anandi, whether whatever that was happening was right or not. Bhairon would have helped him and intervened (he's not crazy like Sumitra or DS nor attached like Shekhars).
Simply avoiding Sanchi or meeting her upon being forced by others and then feeling suffocated was not the answer.

- Ideally I wish he had used Sanchi's trust (as she feigns) to devise a plan and expose her true colours to both families and herself.

- He should have conveyed to Shiv that he was being pressurised for it, when Shiv had asked him what he wanted. Or given an answer that indirectly showed that he was not into it but wasn't a no or yes. (Hopefully Shiv being a wise guy would have got a signal of what was going on).

- The conversation that he had with Anandi at the coffee shop, he should have had that much earlier! So that he should have known that Anandi is helpless, she had no hand in bringing Sanchi's proposal for him.

- At the restaurant, he should have recorded Sanchi's tamasha in his mobile and showed it to Shekhars. I know it is too jasoos like. But when nobody believes or trusts you much and you know what a manipulative person you're dealing with, then it is better to keep evidence to support your case!

- It was better to have told truth to Shekhars instead of hiding it. Shekhars had already felt attacked and hurt due to break up. Phir chup rehne se kya faayda?

- Jagya may not have been able to stop at his house. But he should have told the truth to family on phone - especially Bhairon who was ever eager to lend an ear to him and support him. He did not tell family anything till now this is why he gets no support even when he is right.

- When he was coming back to Jetsar and planned to go to hospital, shouldn't he have checked with LS, about ongoings there? Wasn't he himself aware of some function organised there? If he had been careful, it would not have been a shock for him and Singhs to see each other!

- Why did he bring Ganga to hospital? Why not straight away take her to her room in hospital quarters? Phir bhi drama tal jaata.

- Even when he did enter with Ganga, he should have sent Ganga and co. away first and talked to Sumitra instead of going himself also. That enraged Sumitra more and she chased him and did this drama.

- Jagya was bold enough to put sindoor on Ganga's maang. Why did he not cut Sumitra's talk and asked her to first listen to him and let him explain?

Last but not the least, Jagya should have checked with a lawyer beforehand, even as his family was considering his remarriage, just as a precautionary measure to ensure there would be no trouble due to his past and live in relationship with Gauri. Taking lessons from his past, his first priority should be to check all legal taam jhaam to avoid any trouble.

I know he did not plan to marry Ganga and it happened because of Sumitra's drama. But there were things that he could have taken care of...so that problems did not escalate to this level with both he and Ganga so insulted and misunderstood.

Wonderful post skep. Agree 10000% with you. You spoke my mind so beautifully. Yes it was
The lack of wisdom of Jagia that was responsible for all this. This is a lesson for men too. As to
How to recognize potential problems and try to avoid. There was no need for him to visit Anandi at Udaipur. He is not her brother. Always keeping distance is very good for any body. In Jsgia's case
It is very essential. His family are real village people and dont see the life as it should be seen.
I was surprised at heir lack f wisdom for making Jagia and Anandi meet often.

Agree with every word. Sigh...in all this chakkar poor Ganga ends up humiliated and made to feel cheap. I hope happy times are ahead

Dear CVs I understand today was a special occasion so I accept you filling almost an entire episode with people screaming at each other and filling hate😡
. Kindly restrict such stuff to say 6-7 minutes total in future and devote your time to Anandi's future projects, Shekhar's and Singh's realization of what a horror Sanchi really is and the development of JaGan relationship.

For the love of God Shekhars and Singhs you are bashing a young girl who is about the same age as your precious Sanchi and accusing her of such dreadful things!

@Jan50

Thanks.

From yesterday's episode it was evident how he had created a pit for himself by his silence and inaction. DS and Bhairon who were earlier supporting him, had lowered their gaze, felt ashamed and left.

All this happened because they did not hear anything from him and heard things from others!

Had he told the truth properly then Singhs wouldn't have to hear Shekhars' bakwas silently.

A panga has happened now also - worse one at that. Even worst panga would have happened after marriage also. But this choosing between worse and worst would not have happened if he had refused earlier or bought time or never interacted much with Shekhars at all. He earlier kept silent for family. But did not think of family later.

Today, he has done the right thing but in the most wrong way possible. It is due to his silence that Sanchi and Shekhars are getting to be victims though they are really not!

Skep, Can I be shameless and say it's you posting again, here ,that has brought me back.
This was absolutely bang on and each and every word reflects exactly what I feel.

I would just add, i still don't think Jagya is fully ready for a commitment like marriage nor is Ganga. It is a hasty decision.

Jagya's constant need to see validation for his actions from Anandi displays lack of self-confidence and guilt. He needs to get out of this mentality and start his life free from the influence of Anandi.

Needs to work on his communication skills, he has to make his father a confidante and a sounding board. He should not bottle up his feelings like that.

Needs to learn how to draw a line between being respectful and submissive.

Should stop Hero-worshiping both Anandi and Shiv. Shiv did no favor on him by getting married to Anandi.

Needs to check the legal status of his marriage to Ganga and sort any complications. Legally adopt Mannu.

Still try to talk to his father and make his point clear.

Should not get involved with Singhs' anyway.

If in future , Sanchi calls and blackmails him in the name of suicide, immediately inform Shiv and local police. Not take any action on his own or tell it to Anandi.

For now, stay away from Singhs' and comfort Ganga, the girl has gone through hell.

Concentrate on his practice .

And if and only if situation is bad for Anandi at Shekhars' because of him, he should sort it out with Shiv and with his father as a mediator.

Phew , he is finally getting his act together, not many people get so many chances, don't waste this opportunity.
