shiv lowered anandi on the bed... his gaze is unwavering. she closed her eyes and swallowed
Despite her eyelids being tightly shut,a single, hot tear ran out of her eye...Beneath her
the bed tipped as shiv edged close..she felt him lean over her.His breath,warm and measured,hit her cheek...
shivraj shekher wasn't easy to surprise,but she surprised him then when first
She hesitated for a second and then lifted his shirt with both hands,guiding it up his arms
and over his head. and for a moment,he was too stunned to respond.That lasted for,ohh,about
a second.but then He kissed her slowly and with intensity,,,Her hand wandered over his chest
feeling his rapid breath expand his ribs...It was her favourite indulgence;holding herself
against his bare chest...after they finally broke apart..shiv collapse on the pillow next
to her.. anandi prop her heads up in one arm looked at shiv and slowly leaned on him,listening
to his strong heartbeat as they cuddled together..shiv held anandi close in his arms..her
head is on his shoulder..
shiv.." you know anandi i want morning. noon and nightfall with you...i want your tears.
your smile. your kisses,the smell of your hair. the taste of your skin,the touch of your
breath on my face..i wanna see you in the final hour of my life..to lie in your arms as
i take my last bre..."
before he could complete his sentence..anandi pressed her lips on him...but her eyes soften,
tears stream down her cheeks from her unblinking eyes..
"aap kyon aisi bateen karte hai shiv?
"she is, all mine,How could I ever hurt her"..shiv realised that he is overpowered by his
emotion which drove him to hurt anandi...
"i m sorry..and before she could take another breath,his lips met hers in rapture,she can
barely breathe but she feels that his lips is better than oxygen at that moment. and she is
lost within the tragic abyss of falling beneath a lovebinding spell...
after a while slowly they break apart..they are sated in each other arms...suddenly shiv said
"miss shekher..kya kal aap mere liye mera fav hawla bana ker office le aayengi"..
shiv..aap phir suru ho gayee..yeh miss shekher kehna aap bandh karenge ya nahi"??
anandi seriously you didn't bring lunch for me in my office after we left jaitsar..you
remember when we firt met in the office of jaitsar you bought food for me"
"yes i remmember".. she smiled..
so plz come tomorrow with halwa only..i wanna meet miss anandi singh again".he plead..
"aap ki nautanki khatam nahi hoti hai shiv"...and while talking they slowly driffted to
sleep in each other's arm..And the night passes on.full of love and passion..
shiv is in his office...he is fully engrossed in his work..suddenly there is a nock on the door,,,,
" may i come in sir"...opppsss raj singh shekhawat again"...š
shiv looked up..murmured something indecipherable..and said..."come in Mr raj"
"call me only raj sir...i will be happy"...raj said while sitting infront of his chair.
raj came to take some sign from shiv on some file..as soon as shiv finished signing raj
asked..." you will not go for lunch sir"...
"nahi woh actually ana...shiv stoped in midway as both heard sound of payal which surprised
raj but bring a heart warming smile on shiv's face..within a few secons anandi is standing
near the door..
"collector sab jaisa aap ne kaha th... she stopped at the door..
"what a delightful surprise! There is no surprise more magical than the surprise to see you
anandiji "raj stretched out his hand, saying with a continuous smile on his face..
shiv stunned..reaction from raj..takes him entirely by surprise.
The smile remained pinned to anandi's lips..but she replied with more than a touch of acidity
"actually coolectorsab said y'day that he liked "halwa" so i think to bring some..sab ke
liye hi le aayee hoon"
raj feels the whole sky fell on him ,he thinks.."halwa that too coz sir like it"..
" oh aate hi rishwat"..said shiv... There is a feeling of disbelief that comes over anandi...
she stare at shiv and said.." ji nahi riswat nahi pyaar hai..riswat aur pyaar me faraq hota hai"
shiv who is looking at a file said.." btw there is a difference b/w office and dining table too"
...raj who is equally shocked to hear this convo keep looking at shiv and anandi simontaniously
openmouthed..
suddenly anandi realised the situation..she recall their firt meeting with lunch box and
remember'd what shiv exactly said on that day... she looked into his eyes with her eyes..
With that look,she relay the most intimate message. that she remembered everything..
shiv is gladden because he's know what that look meant...in b/w raj came to shiv and said
"jane dijie na sir...itni pyaar se layee hai and then said to anandi"koi baat nahi..plz come in"
anandi came forward..and keep the tiffing box on the table as she did when she first time came
to meet collector shivraj shekher in his office in jaitsar..
"She let out a slow breath and said.."there is something else also to eat along with halwa"
if you want you can have it..ya chahe to phek bhi sakte hai"while saying she turn and when
she passing raj he suddenly grab her hand and said" anandi plz gon't get angry sir didn't
wanna hurt you..actually he is very strict about rules.."
SHIV ..who is becoming nostalgic about the whole scenario..stand straight from his chair,
his eyes widened. and gave raj a very unpleasant look and anandi gazed for a moment at raj
and then there is revulsion and hatred etched in the harsh lines of her face...
" Mr raj singh shekhawat ..plz don't cross your limit"...
raj who is scandalized, horrified.He was shocked to the bottom of his suburban soul seing
anandi in her angry mood immediatly leave her hand and said.." sorry anandi ji i don't wanna
disrespect you..plz forgive me"..
"I could rip your head off right now." shiv told himself and then while clenching his jaw,
and grinding his teeth but with a little smile on his lips he said to raj..
"Mr raj aap ko yeh pata hona chahiye ki respected ladise ke hath pakarne se pehle unse izazat
ki zarrorat hoti hai..don't you have that much manner's"
raj's face become pale..he feels strange and stupid."I am sorry" he said it again..while
looking at raj..anandi really felt sorry.. she went to him and said.."it's ok raj ji"
with that one line he silently smiled at his incessant good fortune and said..plz ayee na"
" no thank you raj ji..i think collectorsaab will not like it" before leaving anandi looked
at shiv like anandi singh who first met collector of jaitsar at his office and he looked
at her like whome he had been looking for years finally found...
shiv invites raj to join him in lunch as its too late now..he reluctently agreed,he called
the office boy.." kedar ...sir ka khana lagau jaldi..." after everything is arranged
they sat on the sofa for lunch..as soon as raj opened the dabba..it's same old food what
anandi brought that day in his office..."matar ki pooriyaan,kairi ki chatni and halwa"
"matar ki pooriyaan...anandi knows i have allergy with matar ki pooriyaa then why she??"
suddenly he remember what bhim singh said that day when he said."bhim you know i have allergy with matar"...
" yes sir i know ..per sarpanch madam to nahi janti hai na"...he smiled at anandi's naughtyness..
on the other hand..raj was mesmaraised seeing his fav food in the lunch box...he told
himself.."jahan dil laga ho woha pasandh bhi mil jate hai"...with a blush on his face he is
going to serve shiv but he stoped saying that he has allergy with matar.. so raj can have
the food and he will taste the ..."halwa"...
"uske hath me aaj bhi wohi jadu hai"..shiv said in audible voice...
"aap kis ki baat ker rahe hai sir"...raj asked in a surprise tone...
shiv looked at him and said.. "nothing"
while having food suddenly raj asked.."can i ask you something sir..if you don't mind"
shiv shook his head and said..ask what you wanna ask"
"are you marraid..or you have girl friend?"
Shiv blinked twice, obviously surprised. "Ummm,"he said, keeping his eyes on raj" i have a
girl friend..why are you asking"...
"chalo suqr hai..mere liye koi khatra nahi..sir'll not b imressed by her" raj told himself
"nothing sir..you are so handsome,such a gentleman and so dignified."I'm sure there are
plenty of girls who want to go out on a date with you.
There is a smile dancing on shiv's lips.."There are but I only want to go out on a date with
her from the day when i first met her"
Raj..."so sir you are the one who fell in love first???
shiv. lost in his memory when he first met anandi..raj is surprised to see his so called
"kharoosh" sir in such a soft mood..he asked..
" sir plz bataye na apni love story"...
shiv said,"I always thought the woman I'd fall in love would hit me like a bolt of lightning,
and she exactly did that ..i had fallen in love with her the instant i'd seen her and once
I got over the mind-numbing shock and comprehended what was actually happening,it was
incredible..i'd never encountered beauty of such magnitude and intensity..It was not only
allure,but grace,"
and suddenly shiv become quiet..And in that quiet moment, he close his eyes and He felt a
sharp, sweet ache in his chest he realise his life would never again be complete without her.
It's quiet in the room..No words..no sound..Silence seems right.raj was speechless.he is
amezed to see his sir with so much in love with her ladylove..
suddenly the ring of the phone broke the silence in the room... which snapped shiv out of
his dreamland... it's shiv's phone and it's anandi...he signal at raj as lunch is already
over before he received the call..raj left the room..
"yes anandiji...the love of my life..waiting for your call" said shiv
"yes collector saab...how was food"..she asked with a naughty tone in her voice..
"The food is delicious but can't say the same abput the company" shiv said it with a pouted face
"achcha..to aap ne khana khaya ya sirf dessert..i mean halwa" she chuckled
" I don't need any dessert,I have you.mmm you r the most delicious dessert but right now you
are not here so hum ne halwa se kaam chala liya and my fav dessert i will have at night"
as anandi start giggling shiv said.."My another favorite is the sound in the whole world
is your giggle anandi"
Anandi's heartbeats rise."waise collectorsab agar bhook lag rahi ho to u can have
if you want including your fav dessert"... she smiled
"Say it back," he begs.
"I don't. it's a surprise.and you like surprises isn't it?? so apni gadi ke pass aa jaee"
while saying she disconnected the phone
She is always a mystery to him..and every time he tried to solve her..he failed..He ran
out of the room as he'd never run before and reached to his car within a minute..
AS he reached he saw anandi sitting in the van next to the driving seat...
."Oh, this is the surprise. It's so lovely" he thinks..
"What's the matter, don't you like surprises?" anandi enquired
"I like them if they're pleasant ones,and when they happen suddenly,just like this one"while
saying this shiv enter in the van and seated himself on driving seat..
" best surprise for this moment."shiv pull anandi's hand to his chest,directly over his heart
and whispered in her face...
" Wrong collectorsab, best hello ever."she grinned and kissed softly on his lips.They were
close enough that he could feel the hurried beat of her heart.her whole body sank forward
into his arms.He cups her face with both hands leans in,eyes lingering a sweet second
before his lips are there on her's teasing,playing,tasting,kissing. When shiv pulls away,
anandi is breathless.He nuzzles her ear."Now that's the best hello ever." and they left
the collector office premises for a lunch date...
