I don't think it was a strategy

She went there to attract attention

Today they just tol the patis that they are not going to sit and let them drink away all the money they have earned.

If they don't listen they will find a way to make them listen.They will go to daru addas and create ruckus everyday adda owners do not like thes brawls in their addas and thye may get bar bouncers to keep these fellows out.

I think the idea is to tell them that they are going to make their boozing experience as unpleasnat as possible.

It should ideally go on for sometime before the fellows lose taste for alcohol.
