And its just been a few months since Anandi Shiv got married...then why is ashima expected to be happy or healed suddenly.Even if she didnt love him she still somewhere had feelings for him...she had a soft corner for him.Just because she has not realized her mistake doesnt mean shes a kind of girl who can just cry.Not to forget shes the one who has been "deliberately" keeping herself away from her friend.Bcoz she knows shes not that strong to treat the man she likes just as a friend...so she keeps away.And this is a sign of strength not weakness.And thus I disagree that girls like her just cry and then find solace in the arms of the next available man.She may not be as strong as anandi but she aint weak either and nor is someone who will just cry.

PS - My view is purely based on what i hv seen of her till date and i wont be surprised if they turn ashima negative to again prove that village girls r better than city girls.
