No sheets this time...khajan is directly involved cause...it was his daughter that he gave away to jagya. Jagya was his Jamai.
Singhs ..cannot be asked this question in that sense cause ...they were anandis sasra. Jagdesh is their son.
Usually I am always defending singhs that they raised anandi , they are her parents but this particular situation, bhairav cannot relate with alok. Only khajan could.

Had singhs bowed down to jagyas wishes, anandi would be sitting in the kitchen , raising gauris child and watching Rasleela of jagya and gauri.
