@pari i also agree wid ur posts in this thread but one thing i know that Disha i.e TM is not mocking tho i didn't press like button on her thread here 2 avoid controversy. bcoz ystrady wen in one of my post i simply wrote roop in the category of sid & prats & as av. ppl said that i m biased & sid & prats r better( i agree wid that but still not v.gud just my POV). but i was writing her name as wen we grade sum1 then sumtimes even not much better or rather v. low option than the highest option also cums in that actegory even if thats far behind from the highest level.and didn't i write smita's name in that & shes a gud actress more than prats.but ppl start assuming & started saying me as biased.

I remember during the Gauri era, we had plenty of discussions but nobody crossed lines or got personal. There were pleantly of FUN POSTS about Anandi's stagnation or fixation with Jagya. Gauri's sense and nonsense. Concur regarding intolerance within the forum. Everyone is extremely defensive but there is a reason for it considering the number of verbal volleys that have been thrown about in the last few months. People aren't going to forget what has been said about them or said to them since this whole situation began.

And until you wave a flag declaring what camp you are in, they are going to be busy assuming you are on the opposite side to them (whatever side that is). Sigh.

I agree replacement of Prats, and departure of other actors like Anjum, Neha Marda, Bhairavi Raichura etc. has taken away the charm of the show. The first one being the major blow of them all!

But I'd also point out that this forum seems intolerant even w.r.t. other characters and actors in the show.

Earlier also Jagya has been criticised in this forum and so have Singhs. But people would not pounce on those threads literally getting them locked.
We have had members with more passionate style of supporting characters in past. But there was no personal targetting and "Report report lock lock" game going on here!

It is not about an actress' smile or expressions alone. Even if you criticise a wrong action of a character or mock him or her calling them ghonchu then it's labelled as "abusive language"!

Why are fans becoming so sensitive and touchy now? Behaving in this "if you are not for us then you are against us" manner?

I can't imagine a Jetsar Times or Udaipur Times type parody/spoof thread in this forum now, given its current volatile and intolerant state!

I do not understand why members keep getting personal when they disagree! Attack any point in a post. Why make assumptions about the member or make personal comments?

I do not know how BV forum, of all forums, became a "fan"/"hater" forum?! It is unbelievable!

I miss discussions on characters' psyche. I miss posts of members like Tinoo & Woman11 who'd bring current topics, instances from real life, history, psychology/sociology studies and epics like Mahabharata while debating actions of characters in BV, making for engaging and informative debates.

BV has had romantic tracks in past also but forum never transformed into a frenzied fan zone.

The moment you write for or against a character's action you're immediately labelled as either fan or hater. That's honestly suffocating!

I feel problem was already there. Prats' exit has only added fuel to the fire.

We all know what the forums are. This is a Balika Vadhu forum and the current state on this forum reflects the current state of the series and viewers. CHAOS. But the chaos caused by not accepting just one, single person. And that is Toral in the role of Anandi. The series currently is being viewed as much as it's good and interesting. We all know and see the rating of BV nowdays.
I don't watch BV only becouse I don't like Toral as Anandi and I think her (must say) acting contributed to the absolute desintegration of ideological guideline of the series. Anandi is a main character but it doesn't mean that in everything she has to be the best and that whole series is going in the direction of proving her acting qualites that, for me, she does not even has. I have invested my time and emotions into something that has lasted for years. I have a right to feel betrayed as a viewer becouse they had overnight changed the whole concept of series for one person! They are erasing history like we have dementia so they have to fill up holes in our memory.
In addition, in my opinion, on this forum has a maximum of 40 Toral fans who, like by command, write the same sentence of support and liking their own posts.
I didn't offend anyone, but I reserves the absolute right to my opinion.

Until recently, I thought that the BV forum, neutral institution where viewers feel free to friends and comment on the show. Now it seems to me that this is the only extended the hand of Colors, and the servant in this house for marketing purposes.

Business and everything around him is our harsh reality. Unfortunately there are still naive people that you can successfully manipulate. But people who think for themselves are not welcome.

Profit is important, and the artistic value of what is displayed and what will be the impact on society - it does not matter.

It is important that we all think the same, ie. Colors to say.
