Don't know about Shiv, but they did show Anandi remembering all those meetings with Shiv arranged by DS when she learnt about marriage proposal from Ashi and was questioning DS with Kyun.. kyun.

Furthermore Kalyani apologies to all, she also says sorry to Anandi. Anandi is in tears when she hears about the entire conversation. She was amazed and shocked at the same time to know about the steps her dadisa Kalyani took for her to get her married to Shiv. Anandi gives a tight hug to Kalyani and thanks her for everything that she had done for her.

Libs - We do not know yet in what context Anandi said Thanks to DS. Maybe it was to ease her from the embarrassment after DS felt extremely sorry for indirectly letting the lady insult Anandi though she(A) was never at fault. It could be anything. We can't say it is a blooper until the whole situation is aired on t.v.
