Excellent TRPs for a week in which EVERYONE complained about the track. The din on the Forum was resounding!

So, perhaps this is the direction the CVs need to take to increase TRPs - violence and emotional atyachar 😊

OMG BV kay aise din aagaye hai..Ek Ratan Singh TRP 3 dilaayega??So sad...Next week it will be 3.5+ as this week its full Violent Rattu Drama

advertisers threatened to boycott giving advt to channels if trp figure not given to them weekly ...so channels back tracked and allowed tam to release trp every week...

check business line and business standard news papers for more info...

These TRPs were announced bcz of pressure of all Advertisers...Channels are least bothered abt these...Data in thousands will come on August 1 for Channels

Thanks Rajh and Aakash for the clarification

So the trps measured on better parameters are coming out on 1 August...thats better than the trps measured on some few thousands of meters!!

How many places does the new one include...all 38 cities??

exact methodology not given...but instead of trp % we now going to get absolute number per thousand from august 1st...

and advertises and channels we get additional figure in trp % also which not going to available for general public...

Neway, as long as BV is improving its numbers on TRP charts by depicting what ACTUALLY happens in the villages - the madness for a son!! Am good with it!!

yaa.that might be possible...but have to wait how they going to give figures ...

roughly 3 trp means---30 number will come for 1000...

will have to wait how they going to derive figures per 1000...
