Yours is a very valid question

But has Jagya completely managed to get over Anandi? I don't really think so. No matter how much he moved on there has always been a part of him that was Anandi's. Witness his behaviour the night before the official divorce and now that Anandi is leaving Udaipur. Moving on from any relationship is hard , be it a man or a woman. Thankfully Anandi managed it and is now happy with Shiv

As for Gauri, it was easy for him to forget because from what I saw there wasn't any real love( my perspective only). It was mostly infatuation on his part and possessive obsession on hers. That sort of relationship once broken, doesn't leave a mark. Again for both guy and girl which means Gauri is probably happy on her own too
