TRPs of a show always witness ups and downs (BV had its phases even when Avika or Prats were around).

I agree to points you made about curiosity for new Anandi, Shiv, possible addition of T's fans, Ganga-Jagya, Mannu track etc. But let's not forget the loyal audience too that's been watching the show like a daily habit.

It's always a combination of factors which makes any show or film work IMO. Not just one factor (like say, a specific actor). If right balance is struck and connection with audience is built, product's a success.

In coming weeks, I think TRPs may decline if story is not handled properly or if Toral isn't evolving as much as she ought to and of course due to IPL in later weeks. But the show isn't sinking or going down the drain - that's what I am sure of. BV team knows how to pick up. And even if people leave the show, BV knows how to attract its audience back. Every time I quit it or found it a bore, I did return to it after months or weeks!

They know the mantra - content is king. And suppose Toral is lacking (the way P was found lacking initially post first leap), they'll shift focus on others for a while and add their twist to keep viewers glued, while T works on herself and viewers get used to her. BV's cast has no dearth of talent. Even the actors chosen to play Shiv's elders are all seasoned faces. I trust BV!

I didn't ignore the story line and their loyal fans ( I referred them as admirers ). Well in any case audiences are the King of Kings. Supremos.As long as a show is able to convince and entertain audience, add new and retain existing viewers, yes it will be running. And we can not ignore the competition from the new shows, a lot channels has plans for 2013. In total its Audience and only Audience.

People here come to curse BV. This forum is fr viewers who watch the show and not to sut down the show.

Channel or Production house only can and has the right to take the show off the air. Not the audience. They can simply decide whether to watch or watch some other.

That's true. Just because recently some show was shut down due to phans' pressure on other channel doesn't mean this one will too. Several serials have changed a lot of their cast and even their basic story, still they continued and didn't go off air anytime soon.

Some people may spam or run campaigns but ultimately decision lies with channel and producers. People ultimately have to change channel only if they don't like something, spamming daily does nothing.

People should stop comparing fans of barun sobti and prats. All barun Solti fans r crazy teenagers and there was no story other than the lead pair. On BV article barun was tagged and his fans started ranting in the article crazily around 500 odd comments in one day. I know prats fans r not crazy like them to shut down BV. BV is beyond actors and their fans. I trpd will drop next weeks but still not so low that BV will go off air. There r brilliant actors still to hold on the show.

BV is much more than romance of any pair or the actors playing the particular character-so Anandi matters most for audience of BV,most of the viewers will be accustomed to New Anandi and yes as long as story has the potential,TRP most likely not to be affected much
