in rest of country its District Collector

DC has more power than Police Commisoner

Yes in my place he is the DC, DM, development officer and also crisis managment officer-

My house is near the collectorate and i have seen the collector to have red bulb over his car with the red name plate-

wonder why our shiv dont have that-
