Dont read too deeply into it. Bacchaa they have been saying right from their marriage. Even in saat pheras they overdid the mention of the kid, then with dadisa telling she wants a kid. So I think it is in that natural progression. And as a mother, she would also want to become a grandmother soon. I remember my atta, within one year of marriage of my cousin was praying for a kid for her and she specially went to temple to pray for that wish.
