i think basant won't be able to have a child and then they will adopt one...through this track they are just trying to explain to people to be open to science. the way basant accepted to his wife that maybe he is not capable of having a child now due to his age is something not many men from rural area can accept so they are just trying to show to be open in your thinking and accept the problems your body has in such cases instead of blaming it on woman or some or the other stupid thing.
