Cant relate to Anandi anymore

To me so far she has been potrayed as the most mature and sensible heroines amongst the rest in telly world. However cant relate to her not being able to move on physically with Shiv. When this wedding was purely out of her choice, she had the option of remarrying Jagiya and she happily chose Shiv over him. Then why is it difficult to embrace him physically as well when the difficult part is done. I believe mentally belonging to someone is toughest part.

And isnt she also a human and young and with desires. Obviously when you respect a person for his mind and adore him, and he is ur husband, physical proximity comes naturally to any woman.

BV used to be very realistic compared to other serials, but offlate BV is also falling trap to typical drag the wedding for a year before the lead consummate! Yawn! Pls spare us the torture and get back to handling the situation with a touch of realism!

Anandi definitely will moveon in life very soon. she is taking things gradually and even in being close shiv will help her find a way. so stop bashing BV and Anandi.

I totally agree with this post. You have exactly articulated what was in my mind. @sahasra, cvs did that to excite the viewers . By talking about it even if it is negative , we Have made the cvs win. So tolerate a different view point even if you don't like it. Majority of the people in the forum do have a problem with A's behavior. Only a handful of people are finding A's behavior ok.

Thank you for agreeing with my viewpoint. I rarely make a few posts in the forum, and i didnt think i was bashing anything there, just expressing my disappointment and why i felt anandi s character was getting inconsistent.

I wonder sometimes why she agreed to marry shiv. I don't think she loves shiv, though she gives confusing expressions sometimes😆. So that can't be the reason. Maybe she married because of her late mother's wish and singh family too everyone wanted her to move on. I think she doesn't want jagya in her life. She is clear about that, i guess. So she chose shiv like a arranged marriage situation.

Or Maybe anandi is not really mahaan like we think. Maybe she chose Shiv to spite jagya and to tell him in clear terms that what he did was unpardonable and doesn't want him ever in his life. so she married shiv. She may have done this unknowingly, not really planning to spite jagya or use shiv against jagya etc. Her hurt subconscious mind could have done this😕.

These are all just theories that i could come up(specially the above para) with, not to blame Anandi as i find her hesitancy to initmacy with shiv as understandable as i think she did love jagya very much and unconditionally in her past. It may be difficult for her to take this to the next level so soon.

Also regarding wanting to get close to shiv like normal girl will arise only when she also loves shiv. Right now she only respects, likes him but sees that in future she can be a life partner to him. Right now its just 2 days of marriage is over. She may take some time. Shiv should step back a little and give her some space / time, if he really understands her like he claims.

I too find anandi's character a little confusing, I do wonder especially after 6th Dec where she says to sumitra that love only happens once and for me that was Jagya, how will I do justice to Cs after marriage. I was thinking when she thinks she can't accept shiv's love and love him back, then why she married him with that confused mindset, she didn't want to go back to jagya, that part is fine but she could've stayed single. Why she chose to marry shiv then? And she also knew what are the expectations of a husband both mentally and physically. Was she didn't expecting shiv to come closer for physical intimacy after marriage. Shiv wants to give all the happiness that jagya didn't give her, he has told this to her many times, which includes physical intimacy too. They had lot of time before marriage to think over it. It seems she wasn't even expecting this prospect. I feel bad for shiv. I can't see him heartbroken, he is a really nice guy who doesn't deserve this. 😭
