A little acknowledgement of his intimacy would have been enough. A simple hug. Is it so difficult to hug a person you are in love with?specially a dashing man like Shiv. It is not like he is very old and the marriage was forced on her. I find it totally awkward on Anandi's part to not to accept his intimacy. It is not like what Gehna went thru with Vasanth.A woman so intelligent like A, why is she behaving so dumb in this aspect?

OK, I haven't seen the episode, but I had to comment...

It bothers me intensely when people imply that because Shiv is handsome and a total catch and they are married, physical intimacy between AnSh should be a given. It would undermine the entire essence of AnSh as a mature couple whose bond is based on friendship, honesty and communication if Anandi were to suppress her own reservations and have physical relations with Shiv when she doesn't feel entirely ready in her heart of hearts.

Physical intimacy between any couple, married or otherwise, should only happen when both parties are completely ready. These things cannot be defined by logic, and self-guilt-tripping tactics of "I SHOULD be ready to take that step with him because he's so nice and being so patient and understanding and I don't want to keep him waiting because then I won't be fulfilling my wifely/girlfriendly duties adequately" can be extremely damaging to a woman's psyche in the long run. I speak from personal experience on this one.

As her life partner and close friend, Shiv should be smart enough to know that Anandi will naturally have reservations about physical intimacy due to her past and the fact that she isn't in love with him yet, and he should understand this and be patient and supportive and non-judgemental. He knew all about Anandi's baggage when he chose to marry her. If he can't deal with this particular issue or exercise some patience in this matter, then he should never have entered the relationship to start with, and needs to get out of la-la-land and wake up and smell the coffee. That said, given the way Shiv's character has been portrayed so far, I am confident that he will be understanding and patient and give his Ajee the space and time she needs to proceed towards further emotional, and eventually physical, intimacy. And I'm sure Anandi in turn will hugely appreciate a low-pressure approach like that, and as a result will be able to relax a LOT more when they do decide to go all the way...

I wish anandi tells her past regarding how bad she felt about all the betrayals jagya did that caused her lot of pain and deep scars. He still does not know the depth of her scars. She should let him in her healing process so in that way shiv will make a place in her heart.

I think this time bhairav will go with Sumitra for her treatment...I mean he will take a long leave with her while the Cv's entertain us with parallel tracks of AnSh- jag,ganga-and Gahna, basant adoption.
