What I got to know from news channels..when these scams with satyam & all happened is., generally they will first ARREST these higher officials for INTERROGATION...on bailable warrant or some thing...and they will be given some period within which they have to negate the claims against them...

May be CV's too will go this way...

Uma - I had that bail thing in my mind too.May be since time is less they may show him being released on bail and the case goes on and then jugs involves.But then the doubt is that will they cont with wedding with the hero having a daag on his image.I doubt on this point!
