Yeah looks like Shiv feels that he owes Bhairon and Sumi and wants to spare them from naalyak son's kartoots..

but ghanta is never shown to be grateful for any ehsaan and never learns and comes out of his selfishness.. If he happens to stay back in Jaitsar, God knows what else he is going to come up with post Ansh marriage witnessing their happiness 😡😡
