I don't think its just Nandu's words or actions... I think it will be cumulatively everything that J has been saying and doing. Also, Nandu's behaviour has altered...he was not hostile to Shiv before.

I think Shiv returns after dropping of CM to sudharo things with the Singhs...then sees/visits J and J himself somehow gives the final clue or sees J and Nandu!
