Yes, Anjana., that's what I thought...he understands his limits of responsibilities and knows its better not to argue...

But tailing her., yes, it seemed a bit of a patnivrata, but thinking aloud., may be this is a first panchayat meeting in his tenure at Jaitser, and would naturally like to attend same, atleast for curiosity sake as well as u/standing the dynamics of same...

Uma - he invited himself to the panchayat meeting cuz of the gravity of the situation. Its not need to interfere, but care...though its not necessarily his job. Its going the extra mile for the people. Giving them his support not just Anandi.

Its like ribbon cutting - some politicians do it for "Show" or "Credit", but a small few do it to encourage actual art, education, hospital, etc. To give their support to it. That I think is the best interpretation I have for Shiv's actions.

police takes long time to solve the cases and too much of hazri and fir etc so anandi wanted to give instant justice that is why she declined shiv to handle it and she took the issue

We have actually seen this facet of Shiv, in his interaction with veg. vendor in Jaipur., he has actually saved him court ka chakkar and all by paying him the compensation from his own pocket...😃

So, there is actually no surprise, in him letting the panchayat take over the case...it seemed more right and just to him.

Hi bhavi, welcome ... I joined ansh AT only yesterday and the Bv IF forums arnd 1.5 months back. So, me' too relatively new here. Although I hv followed BV from the beginning , but only after shiv's entry I felt Like talking and discussing anSh. Now I hv badly fallen for them!
