i feel if we read in between lines we can udnerstand why gauri took the appaling decision to marry a married man.
i dont think merely love was enough for gauri to have taken this destructive decision.
i am guessing by current social trends as to what might have been in between herself and jagiya.
imagien 2 grown up adults living in together ... who r clearly in love , dont u think it would be natural for them to have s rlations. i think it is definitely probable. Cvs did nto show it explicitly becuase still pre matial s is a taboo in our culture. but i feel that was the reason why gauri felt compelled to marry jagiya. otherwise i dont think the way she was then, she could have relented to it. after all it wasnt such a great tempting prospect.
as to my stand on gauri bearing all the blame. jagiya insulted his father, motehr , dadisa on his own accord. at that time gauri didnt even know he was married. he insulted anandi in hsi first year himself. when gauri did not know how can she pollute his mind??
jagiya is playing a clever game of absolving hismelf of all the guilt by saying gauri made him do all this.
im sorry i dont buy this and i dont agree to it.
gauri is a bad woman, but she is still a woman and she shoundt be blamed for more than her part of the bargain.
anandi is clearly the star and darling of the show and is a totally bright white character. but gauri is not black either. i feel even gauri was too good a wife for jagiya. she was pushing him to complete his MS. it was jagiya damn ego that he took it otherwise. she supported a no good vermin like him, put up with his temper tantrums ... his alcoholic binges. yes she was also shown to be selfish but i say ... which person in this world isnt selfish.we all think of our own interests.
she was wrong to have insulted anandi. but what was the alternative?? she cudnt have been chummy with anandi at the most indifferent. her attitude and behaviour towards anandi was bad but it was typical sautan behaviour. she was not supposed to value anandi in the position of a sautan. the oen person who was supposed to value anandi was jagiya!
however for the entire embroglio jagiya is responsible. from its inception to its end , it is all jagiya's doing. what the hell was he doing falling for another girl while havng a perfectly fine wife?but he thought he was a gift of god to womankind and any woman would be honoured to be his concubine. ek gahrwali rahe jo ghar walon ki sewa kare aur ek baharwali rahe jisko duniya ke saamne laaye. bloody freak. i cannot forgive him for his two timing deciet. he did not have any value for anandi her love and her sacrifice becuas he cudnt see it and neither he had any respect for gauri . he is selfish to the core ... he dsnt deserve any of the two. i want to see him kicked by both anandi and gauri.
