Difficult to digest

I dont understand how Jagyas 3 day repentance makes up for all the bad he has has done . And how can Anandi keep on thinking of another womans husband. Is this what the CVs want us to see. People being relationships with one and think of another. As this rate, both Jagya and Anandi are at fault. Guari is more self respecting that Anandi. Anandi seeming like a emotional fool. It looks like we all including Shiv and his family as wasting time on her. Jagya is lucky man.. he can choose to stay with either of the woman. May be thats where this is heading... both the woman will come and stay in the haveli. Anandi will be happy just seeing jagya and with her memories. May b e happy baby sitting his kids too. Shiv , please take us viewerstoo with you, when you leave Jaitsar.

omg! thats exactly what i was thinking. like seriously this is getting no where. Anandi is the one who takes modern approaches and moves forward, but it certainly does'nt look like it. She really needs to boost her self esteem and self respect. Can't see her hurting Shiv or rejecting him altogether. She can be alone but not with Jagya. That would be an insult.

I disagree. The whole point of the story is that Anandi is a Balika Vadhu. Jagya was her first and best friend. For all intents and purposes - he is the only man he has ever known or thought of as a partner. His mistakes have caused her pain but that does not mean that she can easily accept another man in his place - no matter how nice he is.
Anandi has been married for over 18 years. You cannot judge her by modern standards. Her family her home and her identity is her sasural and Jaitsar is her village.
Sugunas story was differnt. Her Gauna was never done so she could move on...
