whatever she did, she still has a right to decide what to do with her unborn child under the circumstances when she has been left behind by J on something as mino as that lie about her education even if she lied about where she had gone - yes she has made any mistakes but for all of them he was there. he was the one who lied about being single, who declared his love for her, who also insulted his family despite being their son while gauri was an outsider etc etc ..this is really a man's world that after all the crimes he commited he thinks he can leave her for such lies and one episode of anger...we've gone through this enough no of times, 17 years with anadi were as children largely - and this serial is against child marriage - they had only 6 months together as adults. ...they lived together in an adult relationship for 7 years which counts for something , not years when u are married as children and have no choice in the matter...

Anyways my point still remains, whatever she did , only she as a mother has a right to decide whether she brings a child under the circumstances into the world. Your decision was yours and should be respected but you should also respect other woman's decision about their children. Children should be brought into this world only when people are willing , have the desire and resources to do something like bring another human being onto this earth and be responsible for him. Otherwise it is far better to abort accidental pregnancies - for god's sake this is the same logic patriarchal and religious authorities all ove r used to force woman to keep on having children irrespective of their desires. Family planning, abortion are rights given to modern woman after a lot of struggle - its a matter of choice so please respect other woman and their decisions - noone is forcing anyone to abort, u cannot force anyone not to abort where accidental pregnancies are concerned.

Oh my god !! So many woman talking about abortion i the way mullas and pandits talked about it , forcing women to have one child after another, getting single mothers married off at young ages tied to childbirth and marriage and ghar grihasthi. It is not immoral to use birth control and abort accidental pregnancies - WHICH WORLD ARE WE LIVING IN ??? children have to be brought up in happy families where parents have the time, resources, wish, energy to do so , so that no unwanted child is brought onto this earth and no woman goes thru unwanted pregnancies...people should just stop having sex then if they dont want a child because till date no fullproof method of contracaeption exists - there is a reason after long , hard sustained struggle , woman were allowed these rights to abort !!!

As for gauri's immorality - even if she commited adultery - what would you have happen - we go back to stone age or like taliban decree all adulterous women are sinners and need to be stoned to death ??? For god's sake - nobody is supporting wrong decisions , but several woman who are ordinary human beings get involved in adulterous relations - BREAKUPS are part of human relationships, they are difficult and break someone's heart but they happen and MARRIAGES are not SACROSANCT either - a marriage is a social and legal contract and a commitment to try and live together - and everyone shd make an attempt to make that commitment work . Despite that marriages sometimes dont work - people fall apart - divorces happen !!! Forcing dead marriages doesnt work for anyone - it would make the wife most unhappy, but wives should demand proper rights and entitlements , alimony etc if forced to break up marriages .

and if this serial was against child marriage - they had to show J moving away at some point. Ok so J and G behaved badly - but they do not become criminal s after that . G would have been the scheming woman if she thought of getting J back under such pretesxts , here she just thinks of aborting a child for whom she cannot garauntee that the father will be around. She's depressed also . But no, G haters will think of whatever she does - getting pregnant despite the fact that no woman has full control over pregnancies was her fault. If she'd kept the child and thought of reconciling - then she was using the child . If she decided to abort - she is selfish. Really this is Taliban style condemnation of incidents which might occur in anyone 's lives - but ofcourse G haters want her stoned to death if possible otherwise every decision of hers should be a butt of ridicule for having plain fun !!!!

I was very much pro abortion...After I conceived my son and saw him for the 1st time in ultrasound...he was hardly few cms sized foetus then 😊

THIS IS A WELL KNOWN SCIENTIFIC FACT THAT TILL DATE NO METHOD OF CONTRACEPTION EXISTS EXCEPT ABSTENTION WHICH IS 100 % full proof . DESPITE TAKING ALL PRECAUTIONS YOU CAN GET PREGNANT .

secondly, ofcourse its not something women willingly go through - but just like surgeries are carried out depsite all their ill effects when necessary , so is abortion the only resort under accidental pregnancies - IF YOU CANT GuARANTEE THE CHILD A HAPPY LIFE . Nobody but parents can be sure they will be able to provide that upbringing , who can guarantee a family who would take such a child ? Besides sometimes when pregnancies are to complicated to allow for abortion - people do let them out for adoption . But i just would never judge those woman who decide to take this step under circumstances where they can not be sure . i shudder to think how many unwanted children would be allowed to live miserable because of unwanted pregnancies !

Gauri is such a crook, she will not terminate the baby. Neither she cares for the child or for Jagiya, All she wants is her own happiness, no matter how others people suffer because of her deeds.

i think she will try to use this as her weapon to fight again with Jagiya and make his life like hell. She will not reconcile nor ask for any forgiveness from her In laws. If she does also she will do it as her by cheating everyone to get back into Jagiya home and make all members life miserable.

I think all this melodrama will lead to one of these things.

1. Either her own evil deeds will make her health suffer so bad that she will again have miscarriage and she will be then kicked out of the house.

2. Or she will deliver the child and during this she will be shown with trouble delivery of the child and Gauri will deliver the child and will die on her delivery bed. The child will be taken care by Anandi and Jagiya as their own. I can also see CVs can show Jagiya will be the doctor during Gauri trouble some delivery.

They can also drag the show that Gauri parents will sue Jagiya stating that Jagiya only killed her daughter Gauri because he did not like her. Due to which Jagiya will be also put into jail. And again Anandi and family will help Jagiya come out of this trouble with the help of Shiv may be...the story goes on and on...

besides child birth is sometimes equally bad for women's health - and continous childbirth erodes their longterm health . But when they want children , woman still undergo it . So when they are not able to garantee the right life , they shd be allowed not to.

Besides in countries like ours , till today women are not allowed to practice contracaeption - sometimes faced with patriarchal family set ups , abortion is the only choice left to them !

I agree no contraceptive is 100% effective but atleast people should use it to avoid preganancy.

Vamita - I am btwn pro-life n pro-choice! I think fetus is life, but till it is born or viable...its mother's body and choice.

there is abortion law also in many countries to avoid illegal abortion .btw strong reason to abort is to save mother life like if tausa first wife is allow to abort thent it was ok because it can save life of tausa first wife but unfortunately both mother and child died
