Firstly, am not even sure Jugya realizes his own errors as yet. He seems to be blaming his "sacha pyaar" like he didn't destroy his own marriage to Anandi by 2-timing, illegal marriage, and persistent verbal abuse. Separate n apart from his share in Gourimata's mistakes: bhibhoot, property blackmail attempt, etc.

But, giving him BOD (benefit of doubt) what is Jugya's road to redemption??

- Obviously its not disturbing AnSh ka growing relationship...that wud be step back not forward as he has no haq to prevent Anandi from moving on with someone who knows her true worth;

- Nor can it be permanent residency at Dukhi Bar;

So WHAT IS IT?

- A bullet meant for Anandi or Shiv?

- Birthing their future table mats (babies)?

- Being a bachelor forever and ever?

- Indefinite samaj seva and sudhar?

- Permanent Sanyas and tapsya?

- Join an women's organizations and lecture on evils of BV?

- Toil bin pay at the farm or in the gaon?

- Working under lal singh at the hospital once meant for him?

How can he do his paapo ka prayaschit?

Jhan - if Gourimata has 1/2 a brain...then she would threaten to charge him with Domestic Assault (plenty of witnesses) if he tries to leave her. HAHAHAHA...

First, yar Jaggo has definitely a feeling that he did wrong with Anandi, but he never realize bcoz Pizza madam make him blind... Anji yeh tou agree karo gi na k woman could compelled a man do whatever she wants... I'm not only blaming Gawari, Jaggo has his on brains ( I don't think he'd left some) he is responsible of his own deeds...
He is bigda hoa ladesar of dadisa so I don't have any hope that he will realize or recognize his mistakes... Most probably he will abad some bar and become a permanent customer and after sitting there he'll always make plans how to destroy AnSh happy married life... As this creature cannot be revive 😡

Jags character has always been a mixture of opposites..so don't think that he has reformed..he always blows hot and cold ..Frankly speaking considering all the alternatives u have laid out as pashtava I would really like him to eat humble dust ...would like him to join a women's organisation and speak against the evils of Bal Vivah..Would like to see him eat humble pie and work for women's upliftment in society..

He has not realised his own errors yet.So prayschit will come later when he realises his errors.

1.But for the time being he is a bullet for both A and S.

This bullet will clear Anandi's head and give her a clarity that she requires.

Shiv will get affected by the bullet because of Anandi's zeal to help J.But once he gets to know about and Anandi and her bullet injury he will be even more determined to win her love with his ways.

2Table mats will come in the future.

3It's better he remains a bachelor for the time being.

4Indefinte samaj sewa with acquiring his MS on his way may lead him to the path of realisation.

5.3&4 will do.No need for permanent Sanyas.That will make his fans dukhiari.

6.That will do him good because it may hep him earn points with A and S.

7.He can do part time at his father's farm bin pay

8.Working under Lal Singh till he gets MS and then working along with Lal Singh after he becomes Jaggu MS.

All the above things are only steps in helping him realise his errors.

Prayschit will be to take Gauri back with all her faults and try to make marriage out of that relationship.

There was a movie called "minsara kanavu" starring kajol, prabhudeva,n arvindsamy(1997 avm's 100th movie)...in the climax, the dreams materialize into reversal of destinies with arvindsamy becoming a church father n spent whole life as bachelor...
That's the only solution to Jagat...I want him spend his life as a social worker also after Anandi goes along with Shiv...
May jaitsar people make him a sarpanch in the end if he cd win their confidence...

@Nya - I am not saying G isn't a contributing factor in his misdeeds post illegal marriage no. 2...but, his crimes b4 hand and during (bribing court clerk with his grandpa's locket (illegal & immoral conduct)) that wedding is all his own. Plus he has share in Gou's subsequent deeds...berating A for G's miscarriage for instance.

@Avivakirk - I just want him to con't using bal vivah as a crutch along with Gauri to excuse his 1001 mistakes...BV was WRONG, but he made the choices he did as an adult beyond the point he could have nullified his marriage legally.

@Sreevask - I think I vaguely recall the Hindi version of that movie...Sarpanch Bitiya to Sarpanch Budha🤣🤣

I just don't know if I buy his being bachelor forever... Some part of me wants him to be permanently doing seva of a mental psycho Gawari

Awesome post Anjie !

Option 1 and 2 def NO NO.. Don't want him to be there anywhere near AnSh. Just bcos he needs to be redeemed why put AnSh's life in danger ?

Why can't he finish his studies and become a doctor and serve the society ? And maybe if there are organizations that reform people who cheat and lie like Anonymous cheaters/liers association he can join that and help those people reform themselves !! 😆
