Shiv character is unrealistic

In realilty no one can be like shiv. A guy like his personality tolerate anandi's behavior. I don't understand why can't she talk to him. Viewers will be happy atleast anandi talk freely with shiv. I hope to see kadoos collector with an attitude back. Ds is the biggest culprit in the whole process. She is very selfish lady, thinking only of anandi marriage not bothered about shiv life.
