Yes, The JG scene was an important one , it was required but the length of that scene indicated that it they just wanted to pull up some minutes.

And , LOL..are you saying that the Shiv scene was a filler? Haha!! lol..well yes that scene wasnt really required like the letter scene but come on the CV's have to satisfy the large no. of AnSh fans who might not have watched all thsoe 1000 episodes but have helped give the show a push from the 5-10 rank range to Rank 2😆😉

Balika Vadhu fans existed much befor ANSH came into existence.

Mother's letter to her daughter is a very realistically done scene. Like I said befor Mother's' letters to her daughter will invariably be long.

If I remember TRPs went up when Gauri entered Jagya and Anandi's lives.They showed GAGA romance for more than year,It got monotonous.That's why Shiv was brought in. If they keep showing only ANSH scenes then also TRPs will drop.

As I said before mother's letters to her daughter will always be long and repetitive.

As for Jagya and Gauri scene it is important because it involves Jagya who happens to be the other part of the bal vivah that happened.He is Anandi 's groom and equally important to this story.Balika vadhu is Anandi and Jagya's story and about the people they come across in their lives.That includes Shiv and Gauri.
