I don't practice in India, but per another viewer who is familiar with Indian family law...the same couple cannot registar their marriage twice. They have already registered once, but that marriage is "void" as he was married and lied to the court... so they need to go to a lawyer and ascertain how to remedy that first registration like Avantika is saying.

jagya and gauri marriage is already registered in court...so there is no need of more registration...now if divorce willl happen anandi is not going to be her wife..so either legal or illegal gauri is going to b her wife...

Herein lies the problem. That is considered null and void because Jagya was legally married to Anandi at that time. He cannot be married to two women at the same time according to the law. Since Anandi is his legal wife, that takes precedence. So that registration will not hold. I am not a lawyer but this much I know.

Err that marriage registration is not legal, beause of the lie that Jug was single. Marriage legality is not like restaurant reservation... one leaves and another can sit🤣

thats what i said either legal or illegal..jagya belongs to gauri only if divorce will happen...coz anandi is no more her wife...,,restaurant reservation muje b pta h..no need anyone advice...
