I have been thinking that is it soo difficult to accept for a husband that hes working under his wife or his wife is senior to him in his work place...
Personally I have seen many men working under their wife or working as co ordinators while the wife is a project manager...
I am not sure how most men react to it ...does their male ego interfere with the acceptance that they are junior ??😕
(here I am not talking about jagat and gauri..(in this case I know its difficult when the wife is like gauri😉)

I think it depends.
Every man is different... but I can say that they do have that ego factor. But it can be handled maturely! which Gauri lacks.

She flames it more and Jagya , well he is a pig so even without a fan his ego is oozing out ..

it is depend entirely upon ones individuals...simple
their is knife...butler use it in kitchen...butcher use to kill animals or birds and criminals use to kill humans...
its simple...whats their thinking and how they use it...
personaly my pov is its gender differenciate
just female and male thing...if think simple its ego and all nonsence and if think deeply...then its only how much you want yourself to be broden...form mind and from your thinking as well as your education...

yes..indian men have ziant size ego...and from very day they are born they are being taught(this is quit funny ke tis female itself who gived this preaching) you are the bread winner...you will be one day whole and soul...oyu will take place of your father as the head of the family.and many more things...and this thing which has been engraved from very day they are born ...hwo it is posible for then to acept their own wife as senior to them...
lolzzz...its yet men not comfortable with woman being their head where they work...still you can find males doing kich kich thinking the head of their depertment is soem woman...lolzzz..its still will take more 20 to 50 years to fully get male use to this thinking ke their head is famle and they are unresponsive to it...
i drive in salt lake in kolkata...lolzz.even when a men in cylse sees woman driving their they tends to cut us and strts cylsing by trying to come in front of us and go ahead...men whateva the speed of cycle lolzzz...car 1st gear speed is parallel to it..2nd gear if give and gain speed they wont be even hour near...but to say whome...men..lolzzz...and if any car driver see us driving they se the road freee btu they wont let us bypasss..and if we try i will guantee their will be overtake or try to scratch us or will force us to the side road...its hell driving in kolkata...atleast in last 10years since i am driving now their is little change and they are acepting because then not much of female use to drive but now evry other home female are driving and in raod now we know we will also be supported and they wont blakmail us the way they use to do...
so u see its not easy for male to change ... it will take its time and for that change evry female at home 1st need to change their thinking and it will gain more speed as what its taking atm to have changes in socity and thinking of men around
i hope i can justify my thinking and able to make some sences

In fact I have seen few men who feel pride to talk about their wife's success and calibre..but again theres lot of male dominance in our culture so there could be more pigheads than sensible men around !🤢

Most Indian men are spoilt brats...they have been pampered in childhood for being a boy.So naturally they have giant sized ego.[BR]Jagya has been brought up as the haveli's laadeser so his ego and reaction is understandable he has only seen ilitrate ghagra clad women throughout women throughout his life.He married a modern girl to upgrade his status but he's unable to adjust with modern thinking and lifestyle.[BR]Btw Gawari became Cardiology dept head in 2 month on joinning SNG !! [:o][BR]Is it possible ?? SNG mein koi senior doc nahi hai kya ?[BR]Gawari's career leap and Anandi's Frog leap both of them are equal in size [LOL][LOL][LOL][BR]BV CV's are hell bent on turning both these women into superwomen [LOL][BR]

Men and women are equally at fault here. Men are spoiled brats especially in India because their mothers put it in them that wives need to take care of them like a mother, etc. Women's mothers bring them up learning to cook and clean so that when the woman gets married, she can take care of her household and husband.

When I make a decision, my mother sometimes asks "Is your husband ok with it", and I get defensive because I don't need my husband's permission to do things. This despite my mother's being independent and not consulting my father on everything.

So I blame men and women's parents here. A lot depends on upbringing.
