and jagya should be in the haveli when they do a kuldevi puja to welcome the new kanwarsaa... and he should be in the haveli when they have their suhaag raat.

Or once they start going out 'officially', he might get angry at her and won't talk till she stops calling him collector saab ! She might relent at that time and start calling him by his first name ! :)
