I do not think Shiv has a girl friend cause if he did then Bhim would not say that his mother is looking for a girl.
That shows shiv also agrees with his mother's decision and has left it to her. HIs respect for his mother and always mentioning her shows that he is very much attached to her.
If he did have a girlfriend then he would have mentioned it to her as he is a straight forward kinda guy and then no need for looking for new proposals.
This girl will come and see that Anandi and Shiv are very much alike and suggest it to his mother that there is a girl here who is perfect for Shiv in all sense.
Then his mother will come and ask for rishta and the whole Anandi is already married and now in a divorce process will come out.
NOW how shiv will react , and how his mother will react are something we have to watch.
I do hope his mother turns out to be nice and understanding. Anandi does not need another in-law headache really.
