Of late there has been a little too much talk about the right to have emotions and this versus that person's right to emotions and right to love and be loved and the role hearts shud be allowed to play in a world where a lot of people seem to care only about the legal view.
Have even read how Phooli and Gauri are sort of in the same boat - unregistered marriages and kids on the way. So where do these kids stand and how can their mothers get justice for themselves and for their offspring. In the case of Phooli - I think they'll just rob her of her kid and throw her out too ! In Gauri's case - there seems to be some apathy, as even the mom-to-be had had doubts about carrying it to full term.
What I see is - the two groups pro A and Pro G - can't always seem to put aside their biases and no matter how nicely the topic begins - start judging the mom's behaviour and the child's right gets lost.
How can Phooli wrest her child back ? Does anyone know about moms who've been robbed of their kids ? Why shud a kid suffer coz his/her parents have been dunces ? Please share views
