Obviously the CVs have never dealt with an actual case of Divorce.

There is such a thing called mutually consented divorce. no one needs to get hurt , no one needs to be declared characterless. if both adults agree to separate, they can file for divorce for irreconcilable differences.

why why why why why CVs keep going back to stupidity!!!!!! They leave it to use viewers to bring up legalities and drive some common sense into the show.

i've stopped watching BV, i only read the updates and so far nothing much has happened beyond the threat of a stupid convoluted divorce.

Check Section 13B of this link and see what the Indian Government says. All Jagya needs to do is talk to Anandi.

It's obviously to add to the drama and drag it as much as possible. Such divorce by mutual consent happened in my family with some distant relatives. The couple never had to malign each other or any such harsh or serious conditions for divorce! They were made to go through some counselling sessions together and with family. But ultimately they got divorce on account of irreconcilable differences. There was no drama regarding alimony too.

But serial wallahs always have to add shock value and show tamasha!

They can show Jagya approaching Anandi and J-G peacefully requesting (or even emotionally blackmailing🤢) her for divorce on mutual consent grounds. Anandi will do anything for him. That is given.

So why all this drama of maligning A's character and further butchering G's character?

I think this show is going nowhere. Neither character is going to take a rational step or get on with their lives. It's always going to be like crabs, getting entangled with each other, pulling each other down all the time! I guess ''moving on'' or ''new life'' for Anandi is too much of a distant dream!

The problem is not with the divorce proceedings...

it is with gauri. She has made up a story in her mind (to suit her bruised ego) that Jagya is dying to get a divorce, but anandi is the one who is saying no.

whereas in reality that is not the case, 😆and she very well knows it.

Hence she proceeds on her own premise that mutual consent divorce is not possible because anandi wont give it.

The truth she is not facing is that Jagya does not want a divorce.

Aree tino, the problem with Gauri is created by the CVs ! 😛

It's the CV's who have butchered JG's character - and now they are hell bent in doing Gauri's character an epitome of evil and Jagya is the misguided boy who eventually learns his mistakes, understands how Anandi is far better than Gauri and goes back to her! 🤢👎🏼

CV's are following what the lady ( lady who brought the rishta of JA, forgot her name) told during JA marriage to Teacher ji -

"if boy and girls are married early, the childhood bonding that grows will not be broken so easily - ladke - ladki ke man mein ek chaap chod jati hai, galat raste pe nehi jayega ' - something of this type of rational was given by the lady for childhood marriage.

So true! I think that character was Bhavri Kaki, a fat middle-aged woman, who always used to carry a potli type purse with her and all marriages were done through her. She was the one who found Gehna and even little Gauri for DS!🤢 [She's as much a partner in crime as others!]

I think you may be right. They are deliberately not showing things like divorce with mutual consent. They want to prove that woman right and want to justify that crappy tagline - kachchi umar ke pakke rishtey!😡🤢🤪

For God's sake!! Not a single child marriage or be-mel vivah has been shown to FAIL in this serial!🐷

Why do they ultimately justify everything?! I think even showing Gauri as the little girl who was married to J was wrong! As if to show that pheras taken, are some karmic or heavenly way of connecting two individuals for life!🤢😡

I agree with you, it is not about Gauri's faulty reasoning or view of the situation! It's basically the CVs who want to butcher all characters and don't want to show normal or sane situations! They will milk this so-called stupid ''triangle'' for as long as they can!

If Jagya returns to Anandi at ANY POINT of time in life, then it will be proven that this serial is actually for promoting child marriages and not the other way round! I wish they had banned this serial when the furore first arose 1-2 years ago! Every social evil has ultimately been glorified in this serial!🤢

after sending legal notice to anandi(with those disgusting charges)...how will court hearing will be a formality??

as the lawyer said to gauri in today's episode!!...😲

cvs r not well...or out of their mind!😕😡

The lawyer is corrupt and wants to take up gauris cause for money, so he is encouraging her to proceed.He is giving her a picture that its possible to divorce anandi without any legal complications.

But after sending a legal notice to anandi and if bairon comes to know this.Then no one can save jagya..basant will dig into the court marriage of jagya and gauri and prove that its the cilent who is characterless and not anandi.Gauri will be exposed as a doosri aurat but her desire will be fulfilled, the court will grant him a divorce and will put him behind bars. Gauri might have to wait for jagya to return from jail to marry him (this time legally). Jagya might not return to gauri...as his life and career will be ruined by then.He might want to go back to anandi...who is now a free bird.Anandi will not take him back and jagya will be left all alone.

when they first showed G on the bus i think right then itself i guessed she will be shown as Gudiya. i don;t know why i thought that way but i missed that episode of G shown as gudiya one but later came to know from updates and was surprised. 😛

DS ki fault dhikane keliye usse gudiya dikhana jo tha. 🤔 or may be to bring a triangle in the story i don't know what CV's thought of this.
