See its different how we percive mariages ,bt my pt if one couple love relation can get destroyed due to dead person who is never goin to come back bt stil it affects then just look at g n think?

Anmol-i dnt think jealous is right word bt insecure of anandi is also nt right bt insecure of maan samaan ,respect-devi treatment given to a .her trust is broken frm jagat thats how it brings in insecurity.dats how she wants divorce to keep up her trust on him.

srsly i wont judge gauri just on the basis of what she has done or thinks abt anandi,

i know very well she does not want to harm her

Anmol i don't think G has to do A jaap.. that would be insane..her insecurity is understandable...anyone in her place would feel that...Unlike G the audience has watched J's character throughout the drama...his thoughts, his illtreatment of not just A, but the village and even his friends...I think most the audience are irritated that she is getting in so much trouble for a person like J...J had never told her complete truth...The problem with him is that he is not doung things unknowingly, he knows g will object taking money from A and that is why he is hiding it...Thats what irritates me... he is cheating her, but is confident enough that he can talk to her and escape...He is using cheap manipulation...

The criticism of G is high in the forum becoz nearly everyone can relate to the character... Very few of us live the life of A but most of us are like G, educated and living in the city...So since most of us has the social standing like G we expect her to behave in a better way...City girls have come a long way...We no more fall naively in love...If A is quiet then we sort of think its her upbringing...But when G gets blinded we get irritated becoz we relate to her and can't accept it...A smart, intelligent, fun loving girl should go through all this and be upset to have a relationship with a man like Jagat???? no I don't think so...I think she deserves way better in her life...Though I keep mocking G I would feel better the day she understand I don't deserve this and leaves j for good...It would be better than Jagat ditching her.

the funny thing is we crticize Gauri than Jagat becoz we feel she is any day a better person and have got the potential to change and be just...but the way story is going, CVs are gonna butcher her character to redeem jagat..

Of all the questions and serious issues like bigamy , cheating etc u choose to ask a question which holds no importance...

Yes Pratap was dead, agreed Shyam never saw him, but he was fully aware of the relationship between the two...dead or not , Shyam was never jealous of Pratap , he was frustrated and worried that Sugna might not be able to move from her depression and pain. If hypothetically Pratap was alive then there would not have been a Shyam, the former would have married Sugna and would be happily married unlike certain sum1, Sugna would not have had an extra marital affair. There was no lie or any cheated party in S-S relationship, the issue was SUgna adjusting to her changed environment and her varying feelings which she has every right to undergo and likewise Shyam's frustration is justified. J-G relationship is based on lies, mistrust and a crime, its insecurity is based on whether they can still stay together , and rather than blamin themselves for this mess Gauri uses Anandi as the fall back.

The big underlying difference is SUgna , a widowed pregrant girl was in luv with her dead husband, she was holding on to his memories, u can never blame her...WHile an educated girl lyk Gauri is a willing keep of a man who has lied in his lyf throughout! Whatever reason Gauri is insecure of ANandi...the blame lies with G only, before she married Jagat, she should have asked for a legal separation between A-J, she would have understood the relationship and his families reaction and then should have taken a call on her relation with J. Gauri is not like Sugna a victim of tragedy, she is a victim of her own deeds. Anandi as u quote has respect and devi lyk status, well honey that is cosmetic, she lost her husband, her right to study, all those haveli tortures, Gauri saw on Jagat's bday how J mistreated Anandi, he didnt even acknowledge her socially, and she now thinks he respects her, B.S...If Gauri claims that Bal vivaah was an evil for Jagat then she is foolish enough to think that it was a boon for Anandi.

Every wife is living in a bubble ready to explode when her husband enters into an extra-martial affair, she has a ryt to react in any way, Gauri was fully aware of the marriage of J-A, whether that was legal or not for her is secondary issue but she was aware of a 3rd person , yet she never tried to see what is happening to Anandi and how her lyf will be destroyed... SO yes knowingly she was party to the destruction of Anandi's lyf...We are crticial of her becoz of the simple fact that JAgat's lies have been all there for us to see but Gauri is being paranoid about Anandi's presence and asking JAgat y does he respect her even now...when she should have for once thought about what has happened to Anandi...

Divorce is not a cakewalk, Jagat will go to jail irrespective of whoever files the case, then again GAuri will blame Anandi not herself for being a willing keep..., And The irony is Gauri has lost her own self respect by not asking for divorce for herself...yet her hunt is based on an insecurity, if a person cannot have enough self-respect the she has no right to ask respect for others.

@Tanvi the hard facts are:

Sugna was not Shyam's mistress but he married her , there was no pratap or ny1 in the frame, they didnt need to divorce some1 to work over their problems, there issues were between them lyk many husband and wife...But Gauri is not a wife she is a keep and anandi is the legal wife, so for any action of JAGA ,Anandi will alwayz be in the picture.

I repeat, Sugna would not have nor would Shyam have gone for each other , if Pratap was alive.They have enough respect for others and for each other.

U and I have seen the evils of bal vivaah on Anandi, v all have read them in books , v know the hardships a girl undergoes, simillarly G has read the same, she has even grown in that environment yet she keeps forgetting and only thinks about how anandi will take away J...she saw how wives were suppose to eat from used plates , did she pause and thought , that Anandi did the same.

She hears Jagat saying he respects Anandi , yet she has wittnessed the bigger truth which is he married her inspite being Anandi's husband, where does that respect stand,hypocrisy is for all to see.

We cannot have this excuse that Jagat has blinded her with lies, she is educated and knew about everything before getting married...so is is a partner in crime..., if they truely luved each other, they would not have jumped nto a relationship lyk that, there was no pressure on Gauri to marry soon, she is an independent girl who unlike Anandi had the biggest advantage on her side:freedom.

Gauri has killed all the possible respect , she could ever had, with ehr own deeds.

I will not compare the normal girls to Deepika padkone or any high profile actors, models or socialists...Life, values and problems are different in their circle compared to middle class...Like Gauri even i belong to middle class, so I know one has to think a lot before taking such decisions...People like Gauri exsist and for all such Gauri's wether I know them or not I don't wish them to get a man like jagat in their life...I think all gauri's definitely deserve someone better in their lives...

Yes I agree with u G has not seen J's past like us... thats why i pity her...I agree completely past affects the present relationship completely, especially when their is some one like anandi in picture...my thing is Gauri doesn't deserve it...She had seen enough pain and she needs to get a partner who does not have baggage as big as jagya's...

@Deepika was never married to any1 when she got cheated, But Anandi still is the biggest difference,

She is looking for a happy bubble, divorce reality will be crucial when she realizes the legal mess she is in...

SHe has seen Jagat lying, he lied about living in jaipur, not having a child marriage, being already married with Anandi, he hid A's identity for the 1st tym during that b'day, he has lied about his name and countless more...Those lies were far bigger and vital than him telling the dvorce reality.

SHe choose to blindside JAgat's lies herself, the fact she can live with those lies says a lot about her.

SHe can never move on till she realizes the wrong she and Jagat did, honeymoon period eventually ends...They lied tere way back to kundan Tai's house..., what is the use of her bein a doc when she considers it as last resort of what happened in her childhood, she said it herself, she carved to what Anandi had...gettin married to Jagat at that age.
