So I think it is silly for G to assume that A is after him and needs to move on.

As far as G's assumption that A is trying to become a doctor to win J's love back - that is ridiculous. Does she assume that A will just stay here in the haveli -- beendhless and uneducated to boot?

She should have sense that A will educate herself and that bhairon will see to it that she is educated and she will now start taking a different direction back.

However, these are completely different issues. My responses were solely on two points that you mentioned----
1. that the Singh haveli should accept the fact ----my point is they already had and moved on.

2. whether Gauri should stay with Jagya even after knowing about her illegality. Should she ignore everything and carry on just because they are in love? Shouldn't she leave him till Jagya gets a divorce? From your post I felt like you are arguing Ja-Ga should still stay together---whethet legal or illegal---because they have a deeper bonding and Jagya wants to stay with her!!!. I found that part a bit shocking!!😲😆
