If Jagya had been honest with his family does anyone think things would have been different?

Would his family have arranged for a divorce etc. from anandi.

I'm just wondering.

Pretty much I think the same thing would have happened - cutting him off from the family.

Forget about the result. He must have let Anandi know what is going on in his mind. That is his minimum responsibility.

We can't blame him completly. Even Anandi recognized his close movement with Gauri and she kept quite these many days and scolding Jagya that he cheated him. She cheated herself. There are so many students, only these two were moving very closely. Even an LKG student will understand what is going on in between them. I don't know how A ignored such a major thing.
